Timothy Frohberg founded Finest Retirement Services after retiring from the NYPD at the rank of Sergeant. During his years of service, Timothy obtained his MBA (Finance Concentration) from the University of Saint Mary with a 4.0 GPA, passed the Series 7, 66, Life Accident and Health exams, and published a book on security analysis and retirement planning. After managing money at a very large and reputable firm, Tim started an independent practice to address money management in a more active and customized capacity. Today, Finest Retirement Services specializes in civil service and armed force retirement planning, portfolio construction, and risk management for all retirees – but has preferred programs for Police Officers, members of the military, and any other civil servant.
In 2021, Finest Retirement Services partnered with S&P Financial Services to offer clients an enhanced suite of risk management and estate planning tools, as well as access to experts in Special Needs Planning. Timothy often says that the partnership with S&P was the “best decision for clients since the inception of the company.”
